You know the phrase… a “win-win” proposition. Well sometimes things come together that make so much sense it’s spooky. That was my feeling shortly after designing the CLIMB training program. I got to thinking about how many business owners could benefit from the low-cost, flexible, and organized process for increasing the profitability of their companies that we created in the form of CLIMB.
Empowering those participants to invite their business associates and colleagues to benefit in the same way (while offering them a discount that is not otherwise available), and earn a commission in the process was a natural extension. Earning money by simply referring people who may benefit from our training to our web site is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
How it Works
1) Complete the CLIMB 101 Course (with or without the 1-to-1 consulting option). For what you spend on a couple of pairs of shoes, CLIMB 101 you will provide you with the most valuable profit-building concepts we’ve ever pulled together, along with expert support along the way. See the CLIMB 101 page for details on the course.
2) Sign Up as An “Affiliate.” This part is simple. As a CLIMB 101 participant, you will have already registered as a member of our site. After the course is complete I will send you an invitation to upgrade your membership (free of charge) to be an affiliate.
3) Inform Your Network. We will provide you with a customized link that you can email out to people in your network or post on your web site, as well as a banner for using on your site if you like that better. We take care of the rest. Anyone that visits our site by clicking on your unique link or banner will be associated with your account.
That’s it! Any course enrollment fees or memberships with Sherpa Business Development will be credited to you. Check out the commission details below. You will be excited to learn that you would get paid for who YOUR contacts enroll as well!

Question: How much money can I make?
Answer: We do not cap to how much money you can make.
Your contacts simply need to enroll in and complete CLIMB 101 or another one of our courses.
To ensure that participating as an affiliate is an attractive option for you, we have established a generous commission program that not only rewards you for the participants who enroll in the course, but also for the ones that THOSE participants enroll, should they opt to become affiliates as well. See below for an example of how this two-tiered commission structure works. This scenario assumes that you successfully enroll 5 people (just one of whom opts for the 1-to-1 consultations as well) and your enrollees each do the same.

Question: Am I required to do a lot of selling?
Answer: You can be as proactive as you like, but there is no requirement that you “produce.”
We will provide sales materials and specialized, online, training to help you be successful. If you prefer to simply put a link on your web site or just pass along updated information about membership and course offerings from Sherpa Business Development, that is fine. The only requirement to enroll is that you complete the CLIMB 101 Course.
Question: How do I get paid?
Answer: We automatically pay your commission on a quarterly basis to your PayPal account.
You may access the status of commissions earned and paid by logging into your Sherpa Business Development account. You may also opt to receive an automated email every time your efforts result in a sale that will pay you a commission!
Question: Do you pay for click-throughs, or just sales?
Answer: We only pay for sales. In order to earn a commission, the person you refer must enroll, pay and complete a course or paid membership.
Question: What happens in the future, do I continue to get commissions over time?
Answer: The people that you refer to our site will be registered to you in our system indefinitely.
We are planning additional online courses and paid-membership programs. Should any of your “enrollees” decide to purchase such offerings in the future, you will be paid a commission as well. Current commission rates for such “follow-on” sales are 10% for your direct contacts and 2% to you for purchases made by the Sherpa Business Development members who your “sub-affiliates” referred to us.
